Take a tour of my Clamp Cart

Interesting Characteristics
This is my Clamp Cart, design to hold my collection of hand clamps. Like all of my machines and workstations (sans the workbench) it's a mobile station. I struggled for a long time over the design of a clamp cart to hold my entire collection of clamps - short and long (52" Bessey square jaw) until one day it hit me - "don't!". So I built a clamp cart to accomodate my entire collection of clamps 'except' the very long ones. It was just too difficult to made a usable mobile cart that handled both short and long clamps, so I simply store the long ones elseware. The cart also has two shelfs and a drawer. The draw hold a collection of hand clamps. The shelves are for miscellaneous items.

Commentary
That weird looking gray metal thing sitting on top of my clamp cart is a tool stand. I have a ShopSmith that I use for a couple of purposes (jointer, belt sander, lathe). I need a place to store the belt sander on occasion. That's what this crazy looking device is for. It also makes a nice handle to push the cart around the shop too!
